Because of their background in manufactured and modular homes, they are a great resource for a home buyer when it comes to selecting contractors to make their site improvements. Upon request, they will visit your site and conduct an inspection. An inspection may consist of making sure the site is adequate for a home. It may also include checking for obstacles that might interfere with delivery and installation. There may be any number of reasons you would want a site inspection. It's better to be safe than sorry.
